The founder of Palia Partners, Raman has over 12 years' experience in the chartered accounting industry. He specialises in tax planning, structuring advice, and asset protection to maximise his clients' potential. Raman progressed his career as a senior consultant in one of Melbourne's premier mid-tier firms, managing a portfolio of high net worth clients, before moving to a commercial role at an ASX listed telco company as a financial accountant. With a broad range of experience, it was at this point that Raman realised where his passion truly was.

Raman established Palia Partners to hone his expertise in delivering top outcomes for his clients and foster lasting relationships.

As a keen Hawks supporter, Raman enjoys catching a game and spending time with family and friends.

Roy is passionate about two things: building trusting relationships with his clients and helping their businesses grow.

He has more than 10 years of business advisory, accounting and taxation experience and has accumulated his wealth of knowledge in both public practices and large multinational corporations. His experience across many industries enables him to provide relevant and visionary advice to his business and high net worth clients.

Roy is a big believer in leveraging technology to provide real-time information that helps with making business decisions, thereby maximising growth and profit opportunities.

With over a decade of industry experience, Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our business and clients. Having progressed from a mid-tier firm, with a passion for growing small to medium businesses and their daily operations, her experience of the accounting industry ensures our operations run smoothly. Brooke’s warm and approachable demeanour embodies our core values of integrity and professionalism.

In her role, Brooke oversees all administrative processes and fosters a cohesive work environment, ensuring that every client receives personalised attention and support. Her journey from an accountant to office manager is a testament to her dedication to excellence in a dynamic environment.

Outside of work, Brooke channels her creativity into her passion for baking, and is currently taking a small step back to raise her young family.

Ashley is a dedicated student currently pursuing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University. Alongside her academic pursuits, Ashley contributes immensely in her role as office administrator.

With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, Ashley ensures that administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. Her ability to multitask and prioritise enables her to manage various responsibilities seamlessly, contributing to the smooth operation of the office environment.

In her free time, Ashley indulges in her passion for music, specifically Taylor Swift. Seeing Taylor Swift live recently was beyond her 'wildest dreams'.
